What is the minimum order quantity requirement?

The minimum order quantity for standard equipment is just one unit, making it super affordable! We are delighted to offer you the chance to create your very own customised equipment! All we need to get the production of your amazing new piece of kit started is a 50% deposit.

What payment methods are available?

We are delighted to accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% upon presentation of the bill of lading copy), LC (only accepted from the top 100 banks) and escrow-guaranteed transactions.

What is the delivery lead time?

Standard products: We're delighted to tell you that the lead time for customised equipment is just 45 working days! And for those who need a little more time, we're here for you with a fantastic 90-day option, including testing.

What documents are included for customs clearance?

From commercial invoices and packing lists to certificates of origin (FORM E/FTA applicable), technical manuals, and CE/UL certificates, you'll have everything you need to get started. The good news is that special equipment only requires a pre-shipment inspection certificate!
